Teresa M. Bell, President
Citrus
Networking Solutions Group, Inc. (CNSG) was founded by Teresa Bell, MCSE, in
2003. Since then, it has rapidly grown to become Citrus County’s largest
computer networking service provider. CNSG is a Microsoft-certified partner and
the first and only Microsoft-certified small business specialist in the Citrus
County area. All staff are Microsoft and A+ certified computer network
professionals, and follow two key business philosophies: courteous and
professional customer service, and preventative maintenance to ensure clients
can always rely on their IT infrastructure. Most recently, CNSG was honored with
the Economic Development Council and Citrus County Chamber of Commerce’s
prestigious Outstanding Small Business of 2007 Award and in 2008 Teresa Bell was
awarded the Citrus County "Person of the Year" Award.
Joe Bell, Operations Manager
Graduate
of Flagler College, with degrees in Business and Finance and minor in Economics.
Worked for a Fortune 100 company as Sales Manager for over 17 years. Has
recently been working for a local plumbing company as their General Manager and
also VP of a local Flooring Company. Joe has been involved in many
community groups, including a previous President of the Homosassa Chamber of
Commerce and has been heavily involved with the Citrus County Builders
Association, starting from 2003 as a Second Associate VP all the way to a
current Life Director. He is also currently the President of the Citrus
County Boys and Girls Club.
Barbara Mitchell, Office Manager
Barbara
was general manager and co-owner of a medium sized plumbing company employing
more that fifteen plumbers for over twenty years. She managed with a hands-on
total involvement style.
She continues her personal touch style of management since coming to CNSG. She
has garnered the respect of fellow employees as well as valued customers alike.
Bryce Hale, Field Technician
Originally from the Tallahassee area
{by way of Miami }, Bryce
comes to us with over 18 years of Information Technology experience. His
background includes computer and network support as well as client training.
He started his IT career in the Navy, which instills work ethic, being on time,
loyalty and duty to serve. It is what he lives by and brings to the job.
Customer Service will be his number one priority. He’s traveled around the
world, been to 14 countries and lived in Japan for 3 years. He is an Eagle
Scout, Sailing instructor, scuba diver.
Lee Meador, Service Desk Technician
Lee Meador is our service desk technician, specifically to providing remote assistance to our CNSG Clients. Lee is an experienced system administrator
(and gifted troubleshooter) with a talent for understanding complex situations and making them clear. He has his MCP from Microsoft, and with 12 years of
varied experience under his belt, brings valuable problem-solving skills and comprehensive understanding of business software packages. Lees experience
includes working as a help desk technician, writing technical training documents and conducting user training in both large and small group settings.
Lee enjoys the challenges of presenting technical solutions that increase productivity and efficiency while remaining cost effective to the business owner.
When not working, Lee can usually be found reading technical manuals or experimenting with new combinations of hardware or software to discover how
the technology works. Yes, really! Well, when you love your career as much as he does, you can't help but immerse yourself in it, and the results speak
for themselves.
Necia Ratliff, Sales Associate
Necia
Ratliff and her family moved to Citrus county in 2002. She has been in customer
service, sales and marketing for over 16 yrs. She works with Non Profits like
the Boys & Girls Clubs of Citrus County ,Citrus County Chapter of Builders Care,
Citrus County Builders Association and the KY Constable Association coordinating
events and fundraisers and has recently completed a course in Grant Writing.
